P Alternate Athlete definition
P Alternate Athlete means an athlete in the Disciplines of Track and BMX Racing, that is not selected to compete but who is available to, and may become a Selected Athlete, in the circumstances specified, and in accordance with the procedures set out, in the “IOC /Tokyo 2020 Late Athlete Replacement Policy.
