OWW Returns definition
OWW Returns means any Tax Return required to be filed by or on behalf of OWW, an OWW Subsidiary, or an OWW Group (including the Continuing Affiliated Group).
Examples of OWW Returns in a sentence
Travelport, on behalf of OWW or any relevant OWW Subsidiary, shall prepare and timely file or cause to be prepared and timely filed, all OWW Returns for all taxable periods ending on or prior to the date hereof and all Straddle Periods.
Except as otherwise provided in subsection (b), OWW shall have sole and exclusive responsibility for the preparation and filing of, and shall prepare and timely file or cause to be prepared and timely filed, all OWW Returns and shall timely pay, or cause to be paid, all Taxes required to be reported on such OWW Returns.
