Landlord shall give prompt notice to each Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee (for which notice has been properly provided to Landlord pursuant to Section 17.1(b) hereof) of any arbitration (including a determination of Fair Market Ownership Value or Fair Market Base Rental Value) or legal proceedings between Landlord and Tenant involving obligations under this Lease.
The value of the Public Entity’s ownership interest in the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility should only be shown in Attachment III if such ownership interest is being acquired and paid for with funds shown in such Attachment III, and for all other circumstances such value should be shown in the definition for Ownership Value in Section 1.01 and not included in such Attachment III.

The determination of Fair Market Ownership Value or Fair Market Base Rental Value or Fair Market Property Value (as the case may be) made by the third appraiser appointed pursuant hereto shall be made within twenty (20) days after such appointment.
