Ownership Parcel means an area of the earth’s surface in the Province of Ontario, defined by boundaries and a PIN, required for land registration purposes in the Province of Ontario Land Registration Information System; “PIN” means the unique property identification number assigned through the POLARIS system used for Ownership Parcels;

  • Title report and A.L.T.A.extended owners’ pro forma policy of title insurance for the amount of the value of the Interconnection Facility Easement or Fee Ownership Parcel and access easement areas.

  • Should a division of land be necessary to create a new Fee Ownership Parcel, Seller shall submit application to the proper local jurisdiction and complete all requirements to finalize the creation of a new Fee Ownership Parcel in IPC’s name.

  • The layers will consist of property boundaries and roads (no PINs) from the Digital Ownership Parcel Fabric (Ontario Parcel and Teranet Ownership Mapping Data), drainage and air photos.

  • As more specifically described in the remainder of this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ intends to loan money to Borrower for the construction of homes on the Home Ownership Parcel and other associated costs necessary to assure completion of the project contemplated by this Agreement and the Letter of Intent.
