Ownership Deadline definition
Ownership Deadline means the fifth anniversary of (i) the date hereof, in the case of a person who is a Director or Executive Officer of the Corporation as of the date hereof, and (ii) the date on which a person, who is not otherwise a Director or Executive Officer of the Corporation on the date hereof, becomes a Director or Executive Officer of the Corporation.
