Owner’s Program definition

Owner’s Program is an initial description of the Owner's objectives, including budgetary and time criteria, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability requirements, special equipment and systems, site requirements, and any requirements for phased occupancy.
Owner’s Program means the overall definition of Owner’s requirements for the Project, including Owner’s Project Criteria, all materials, equipment and other items to be provided by Owner, and all items to be provided by third parties.
Owner’s Program is the overall description of the Owner’s needs and requirements as defined in the RFP and RFPD, including all exhibits thereto, and as modified through acceptance of the Private Entity’s Detailed Proposal and agreement through the design development process.
