Owner's Fee definition

Owner's Fee means an annual fee payable by Systems to the Owners of $1,500,000 commencing January 1, 1997.
Owner's Fee means an annual fee payable by Manager to Owner of $475,000 (prorated for any partial year) on February 28 of each year during the term of this Agreement, commencing February 28, 1998.
