Owner's Designated Representative definition

Owner's Designated Representative means Owner’s employee identified in Section 3.01 (Designated Representative) of the Contract.
Owner's Designated Representative or “ODR” means the person designated by the Owner to act as the Owner’s Designated Representative pursuant to Paragraph 5.2 and identified in Paragraph 18.4.1.

Owner's Designated Representative means Owner’s representative, or its duly authorized representative, who will provide the general administration of this Agreement for Projects on behalf of Owner and shall be Owner’s field representative in all matters related to this Agreement, including keeping Owner’s procurement personnel informed at all times of the adequacy of Supplier’s performance and progress, except as may be otherwise provided herein. Owner may, in its sole discretion, change its Designated Representative at any time or from time to time, and shall promptly notify Supplier, in writing, of any such change.‌
