Owner’s Construction Representative definition
Owner’s Construction Representative means the Owner’s representative so identified in this Agreement, who will function as the main Project management representative of the Owner under this Agreement, the main manager of other Project contracts related to design, development, construction and oversight of the Project and the main Owner contact with regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over the Project.
