owner’s certificate means an owner’s certificate as defined in the Act that indicates that coverage under this policy has been purchased and includes any amendment or endorsement to an owner’s certificate; “premium-related debt” includes interest, charges and fees due to the Corporation, including those for financial assistance given by the Corporation in respect of premium;
owner’s certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b).
