Person: Means any person, including any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, trustee, unincorporated organization, or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof. Pool Balance: Means, with respect to the Certificates of any series as of any date, except to the extent otherwise provided in the applicable Trust Supplements, (i) the original aggregate face amount of the Certificates of such series less (ii) the aggregate amount of all distributions made in respect of such Certificates other than distributions made in respect of interest or premium or reimbursement of any costs or expenses incurred in connection therewith. The Pool Balance as of any Regular Distribution Date or Special Distribution Date with respect to such series shall be computed after giving effect to the payment of principal, if any, on the Equipment Notes or other Trust Property held in the Trust and the distribution thereof to be made on such date.
