Owner Party or “Owner Parties” means Owner and its present and future subsidiaries and Affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents, representatives, successors and permitted assigns.

Owner Party or “Owner Parties” means Owner and its present and future Affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents, representatives, successors and permitted assigns. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for purposes of this Agreement, Transmission Provider shall not be deemed to be an Owner Party.

Owner Party with respect to any Shared Other IP Right or Shared Patent, means each of (a) STI, (b) Fujitsu, if Fujitsu is a Provider Party with respect to such Shared Other IP Right or Shared Patent, and (c) AMD, if AMD Investments is a Provider Party with respect to such Shared Other IP Right or Shared Patent.

Owner Party means any of the Owner Parties.

Owner Party means each of (i) Owners and (ii) each Affiliate of Owners which is a party to any Transaction Document.

Owner Party has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2 (Ownership) .

Owner Party or "Owner Parties". means , PNMR Development and Management Corporation, Tucson Electric Power Company and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Dodge Energy Services, LLC, individually or collectively, as the context requires, including their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Owner Party means the Party that owns the property that is affected by contamination caused by the Contaminating Party or that is otherwise subject to Environmental Activities.
