The Land Owner or Purchaser is responsible for the payment of applicable systems development charges in accordance with the rules and regulations of the City of Naples Code of Ordinances.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Owners, Purchasers, and/or Leaseholders shall be permitted to conduct a "garage sale" on their respective portion of the Residential Leased Land (and any Undeveloped Strips that are conveyed to an Owner or Purchaser as part of the Residential Leased Land pursuant to either Subsection (b) or (c)) not more than one time per calendar year.
The Owner or Purchaser shall be responsible, at such Owner's or Purchaser's expense, for providing for the collection, removal, and disposal of all solid waste on the Leased Tract; or the Owner or Purchaser of any portion of the Leased Tract shall be responsible for ensuring that the Leaseholders provide for such collection, removal, and disposal of all solid waste on the applicable portion of the Leased Tract.
Consultant shall mean the agency appointed by Owner or Purchaser to provide consultancy services for the project and shall include the Consultant’s successors and assigns as well as authorized officer(s)/ representative(s).
