Owner-occupied premises where used in this Agreement means the respective exclusive use designated portions of the Lands and Facility occupied or to be occupied by each Party, consisting of the premises outlined on the sketch of the Lands attached as Schedule C, excluding foundations, exterior weather walls (excluding store fronts and glass), structural subfloors and roofs, the structural portions of bearing walls and structural columns and beams, and including interior walls and floor surfaces, store fronts and glass, and garage doors. The Parties agree to consult with and receive consent from the Management Committee prior to and during any renovation construction to ensure that the proposed work does not interfere with the existing systems, equipment, and machinery of the Facility. The Parties shall not proceed to renovate, construct, or alter, etc., or to make capital improvements to their respective Owner Occupied Premises or the Common Areas until the plans for any proposed renovations, construction, alteration, etc., are first presented to and approved by the Management Committee, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed provided that the proposed renovations do not deface or render unsafe the Facility or the Lands and are in keeping with good standards of a municipal office.
