Owner Lessors definition

Owner Lessors means Conemaugh Lessor Genco LLC, Keystone Lessor Genco LLC and Shawville Lessor Genco LLC, and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
Owner Lessors means, collectively, the Conemaugh Owner Lessor, the Keystone Owner Lessor, and the Shawville Owner Lessor.
Owner Lessors means the Delaware limited liability companies established specifically for the benefit of the applicable Owner Participant. The Owner Lessors will lease the undivided interests in the Leased Assets to the Lessees under the Leases.
