Owner Invitees definition

Owner Invitees means any person or company (including any Contractor, as defined in Condition 11.1) whom the Owner invites onto the Port;
Owner Invitees means in relation to a Vessel, the crew, members of the Owner’s family, any person or company carrying out work in relation to the Vessel and any other guest or invitee of the Owner;

Related to Owner Invitees

  • Invitees means employees, workers, visitors, guests, customers, suppliers, agents, contractors, representatives, licensees and other invitees.

  • Tenant Parties means Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Contractor Group means the Contractor, its subcontractors of any tier, its and their respective Affiliates, successors and permitted assignees, and its and their respective directors, officers, employees (including agency personnel);
