Owner Identification definition

Owner Identification means (a) the name, image and likeness of Owner, and (b) any and all copyrights, marks, trade names, trademarks, design marks, logos or other items of intellectual property owned or controlled by, or in any way affiliated or associated with, Owner or his Affiliates, other than the M▇▇▇.

  • Sublicensee shall not denigrate, permit, allow or cause the denigration of, the M▇▇▇ or the Owner Identification, and shall not take any other action not approved by Venture as provided herein (which shall be subject in all respects to the approval of Owner under the Master License) that is harmful or potentially harmful to or which disparages, ridicules or demeans the goodwill, honor and reputation of Venture, Venture’s Affiliates, Owner, Owner’s Affiliates, the M▇▇▇ or the Owner Identification.
