  • Products; or (5) to any action arising as a result of the Club Owner Content.

  • Owner agrees to provide all Owner Content within a reasonable time for Developer to timely meet the requirements of the Development Schedule or as otherwise specified in the Development Schedule.

  • In addition, you hereby grant each user of the Service, including but not limited to Stella & Dot’s employees, contractors and authorized agents, Hostesses and other Business Owners, a non-exclusive license to access Business Owner Content through the Business Owner website.

  • You hereby waive any rights you may have regarding Business Owner Content being altered or manipulated in any way that may be objectionable to you.
