Comprehensive general liability insurance and such other liability insurance as may be obtained or afforded shall be in the name of Owner and Lessee, and shall name Operator as an additional named insured as respects liability arising from the operation, maintenance and use of the Hotel and operations incidental thereto.
If at any time during the Operating Term any Hotel or any portion thereof should be damaged or destroyed, Owner and Lessee shall have the respective rights and obligations set forth in the Lease with respect to damage or destruction.
