Own Work. The total number of man-hours each company invests in the project. Own Efforts: The total sum of own work (personnel expenses) and direct expenses in the form of cost of materials, instruments, equipment, etc., consulting assistance, administrative fees and other operational expenses. IPR: Abbreviation for Intellectual Property Rights. In brief, IPR can be designated to everything in an organisation, which is not tangible. In the context of this contract the concept is limited to the IPR developed in the project.
