This Agreement in no way restricts Grantee or OWEB from participating in similar activities with other public or private agencies, organizations, or individuals.
OWEB may disclose Property Information that is subject to a confidentiality request if it determines that disclosure is reasonably necessary as part of its due diligence review process, or if it is ordered to do so pursuant to Public Records Law.
If requested by OWEB, Grantee shall provide OWEB with certificates of insurance for all required insurance.
Consistent with this requirement, Grantee shall provide notice on any technical, educational, or informational material pertaining to the Project that funding was provided by OWEB.
Grantee shall not assign or transfer any interest in this Agreement without the prior written approval of OWEB.
