Overwhelming Majority definition

Overwhelming Majority means two thirds (⅔) or more. Party means each of SHC, IVN, OTN, the Company and their successors and assigns as permitted in accordance with this Agreement or the Investment Agreement.
Overwhelming Majority means a majority where of the votes cast there are not more than two dissenting votes;

  • Super Majority has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a)(ii).

  • Note Majority means a majority by principal amount of the Noteholders.
