Overtaking definition

Overtaking means passing with a vehicle by another participant in road traffic that moves in the same direction along the same traffic lane or part of the road that is intended for traffic. Faster driving of one column of vehicles from another column on the road with at least two traffic lanes in the same direction shall not be considered as overtaking;
