Overstock means Products purchased from DAS that is in excess of Etailer's
Overstock. As that term is defined in the introductory paragraph hereof.

In the event you shall fail to provide Company with such letter or satisfactory evidence of the percentage as aforesaid, then Company shall not be obligated to pay any mechanical royalty whatsoever with respect to such arranged material.
