Overstandard Use definition
Overstandard Use shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 7.4.
Examples of Overstandard Use in a sentence
Landlord shall install any such Separate Meter at Landlord’s expense, except that Tenant shall reimburse Landlord (within thirty (30) days after invoice) for the costs of any such Separate Meter installed by Landlord following Tenant’s Overstandard Use (as defined below) of electricity or water for a period of two (2) consecutive months or four (4) months in any twelve (12) month period during the Term of this Lease.
