Oversight Services definition

Oversight Services means those services and functions Owner has the right or obligation to perform or to cause to be performed under the Laws, Regulations and Ordinances or the Contract Documents in order to monitor, review, manage or administer the Contract or the work or performance of Contractor under the Contract, as more fully described in Section 4.2 of the Contract.
Oversight Services means the “Oversight Services” as defined in Exhibit A (Definitions) to the ARCA.
Oversight Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01 of the Agreement.

Examples of Oversight Services in a sentence

  • If the Advisor engages a third party to provide Development Services directly to the Corporation, the third party will be compensated directly by the Corporation, and the Advisor will receive the Development Acquisition Fee if it provides the Development Oversight Services.

  • The Subadviser receives no compensation for the Oversight Services provided pursuant to this Agreement.

  • In the course of performing Oversight Services, the Department will use reasonable efforts to minimize the effect and duration of any disruption to or impairment of the Work or the Project.

  • It is expressly agreed that the Oversight Services shall not include Investment Banking Services.

  • If the Advisor engages a third party to provide Development Services directly to the Corporation, the third party shall be compensated directly by the Corporation, and the Advisor shall receive the Development Fee if it provides the Development Oversight Services.

  • Suppliers, their subsidiaries, agents, intermediaries and principals must cooperate with the UNFPA Division for Oversight Services as well as with any other oversight entity authorized by the Executive Director and with the UNFPA Ethics Advisor as and when required.

  • The Concessionaire shall pay each invoiced amount no later than 30 days after the Department prepares and delivers an invoice reasonably documenting the amount of such Oversight Services provided.

  • The Concessionaire shall fully cooperate with the Department to facilitate its conduct of Oversight Services.

  • The Department’s Oversight Services will not impact its right to rely on the Developer to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Oversight Services

Oversight Services means the oversight and supervision of the Company, and related services, in accordance with Regulation 34(1) and 34(2) of the UCITS Regulations and Articles 3-8 of the Delegated Regulation;
Oversight Services means the “Oversight Services” as defined in Exhibit A (Definitions) to the CA.
Oversight Services shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.D. herein.
Oversight Services means the oversight and supervision of the Fund, and related services, in accordance with the requirements set down in Regulation 22(9) of the AIFMD Regulations and Article 92 to 97 the Delegated Regulation.

Related to Oversight Services

  • audit services means the professional services rendered by the Corporation’s external auditor for the audit and review of the Corporation’s financial statements or services that are normally provided by the external auditor in connection with statutory and regulatory filings or engagements;

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Direct services means special education services provided by a special education teacher when the services are related to instruction, including cooperative teaching.
