Secondment means temporary employment of staff by a beneficiary with the right for the staff to return to the previous employer;
Secondment Agreement means the secondment agreement between one or more members of the Vishay Group, as the seconding party, on the one hand, and one or more members of the VPG Group on the other hand, listed on Exhibit I, in the substantially in the forms attached to such Exhibit. From and after the Distribution Date, the Secondment Agreement shall refer to the secondment agreement substantially in the form attached to Exhibit I, as amended and/or modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
Workforce housing means owner-occupied or rental housing units that are provided to households with at least one member per unit who is gainfully employed at the time of entry into the unit.
Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a person providing management services to the Company, which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a person engaged in investor relations activities.
Ridesharing arrangement means the transportation of persons in a motor vehicle where the transportation is incidental to another purpose of a volunteer driver and includes ridesharing arrangements known as carpools, vanpools, and buspools.
