Overseas Operator definition
Overseas Operator means the operator of an Overseas Service System which has signed an agreement with relevant parties including Overseas Service Participating Institution(s) to effect cross border payments through PayNow and the relevant Overseas Service.
Overseas Operator means a party which is licensed in a jurisdiction other than the Isle of Man to provide online services;
