Overrun Service definition

Overrun Service means the opportunity to park in the Overrun Car Park(s) in accordance with Condition 5;
Overrun Service means a Service comprising the delivery of an Overrun Quantity;

Examples of Overrun Service in a sentence

  • Seller may provide such Overrun Service on an interruptible basis if, in Seller's judgment, it can provide the service without adverse effect on Seller's operations or on Seller's ability to meet higher priority obligations.

Related to Overrun Service

  • In-service means an educational program, which is designed to increase the knowledge, skills, and overall effectiveness of personnel.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Basic generation service or "BGS" means electric generation

  • Electric generation service means the provision of retail

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Switching and Tagging Rules:

  • payment initiation service means a service to initiate a payment order at the request of the payment service user with respect to a payment account held at another payment service provider;

  • energy service means the physical benefit, utility or good derived from a combination of energy with energy-efficient technology or with action, which may include the operations, maintenance and control necessary to deliver the service, which is delivered on the basis of a contract and in normal circumstances has proven to result in verifiable and measurable or estimable energy efficiency improvement or primary energy savings;

  • Service Outage means an instance when the Customer is unable to route traffic to one or more Customer Sites via the Network, which results in Service Downtime;

  • Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • PJM Administrative Service means the services provided by PJM pursuant to Tariff, Schedule 9. PJM Board:

  • Foreign Service means service in which a Government servant receives his pay with the sanction of Government from any source other than the Consolidated Fund of India or the Consolidated Fund of any State or the Consolidated Fund of a Union Territory;

  • Network Transmission Service means transmission service provided pursuant to the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Tariff, Part III, or transmission service comparable to such service that is provided to a Load Serving Entity that is also a Transmission Owner.

  • Distribution Service means the delivery of electricity to Customers by the Distribution Company.
