Overruled definition

Overruled that means the witness may answer the question.
Overruled means that the judge does not agree with the objection and that the lawyer or witness can
Overruled means that the Chairman disagrees with the objection to the question and you will be required to answer. This does NOT mean that you need to give an answer if you do not know it. It is still permissible to answer “I don’t know” or “I cannot recall.”
