Until this Base Indenture and all Indenture Supplements are terminated pursuant to Section 11.1, the Issuer shall cause all Collections due and to become due to the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, under or in connection with the Collateral (other than any amounts constituting Overpayment Amounts) to be remitted directly into the Collection Account or the Lockbox Account in accordance with Section 2(a)(i) of the Servicing Agreement.
Accordingly the remainder of this Section 3.10 shall apply where Astellas has deposited into the Joint Concentration Account any Overpayment Amounts.

If GASCO receives an invoice or a reimbursement relating to Costs to Casing Point, Completion Costs and Recompletion, Reworking or Plugging Back Costs after the expiration of the 120 day period referenced in this Section 3.2(f), the Parties shall account for such invoice or reimbursement, by invoicing or crediting, as applicable, in the same manner as provided in connection with excess Actual Well Costs and Overpayment Amounts.
