Overnight Courier shall be deemed for purposes of this Section 10.6 to include, without limitation, the Express Mail service of the U.S.

  • Any notice or communication under this Loan must be in writing and sent via one of the following options: (Check all that apply) ☐ Delivery in Person ☐ Overnight Courier Service ☐ Certified or Registered Mail (Postage Prepaid, Return Receipt Requested) ☐ Facsmile ☐ Electronic Email Transmission ☐ Other: No Waiver.

  • Any notice required herein shall be in writing and shall be deemed received only when mailed via the United States Post Office, via certified mail-return receipt requested, submitted via facsimile, and/or sent via Overnight Courier addressed to the other party at its last known mailing address.

  • All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed effective when delivered by hand or by delivery via nationally recognized Overnight Courier (Such Federal Express, DHL, and UPS) with a signature receipt requested, or upon receipt when mailed by registered or certified mail (return receipt requested), postage prepaid, to the Parties at the addresses first listed above (or at such other address for a Party as shall be specified by like notice).

  • Any such notice shall be deemed received as of the first business day after it is sent if delivered by telecopy, Overnight Courier or personal delivery, or on the day actually received and signed for if sent by Certified U.S.

  • Any notice will be deemed received (A) upon the date personal delivery is made, (B) three (3) business days after the date it is deposited in the Mail, (C) one (1) business day after it is deposited with an Overnight Courier, or (D) the date upon which attempted delivery of such notice, whether by Mail, Overnight Courier or personal delivery, is refused or rejected.

  • Any notice concerning a claimed default under the terms of this Agreement must be sent by Overnight Courier or by registered mail.

  • Exercise Notices shall be delivered to the Company via facsimile (“fax”) transmission to the Company (receipt confirmed electronically) or via Overnight Courier.

  • All of the insurance policies described herein will not be canceled, materially changed or renewal refused until at least thirty (30) calendar days written notice has been given to the other party by certified US Mail or Overnight Courier.

  • Notices shall be deemed effective and received as follows: (i) via Email – the first business day after the date sent (without any undeliverable notification being returned), (ii) via Personal Service – the date delivered to the notified Party, (iii) via Overnight Courier – the first business day after the date delivered to the overnight courier, (iv) via registered mail – the second (2nd) business day after the date sent, and (v) via airmail – the seventh (7th) business day after the date sent.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any notice from you to Verticomm regarding (a) any alleged breach of this Agreement by Verticomm, or (b) any request for indemnification, or (c) any notice of termination of this Agreement or any SOW, must be delivered to Verticomm either by Certified U.S. mail or Overnight Courier unless that requirement is expressly and specifically waived by Verticomm.
