Overlap Industry definition
Overlap Industry has the meaning set forth in Section 7.11(a).
Examples of Overlap Industry in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, if after the Closing the Company engages in business in a new industry or industries (each an “Overlap Industry”) that Inventia is permitted to use the Grant-Back License to engage in, then the Company engaging in business in such Overlap Industry shall not be deemed to result in the Key Employee Sellers being in violation of this Section 7.11(a).
