Overhead Payment definition

Overhead Payment shall have the meaning set forth in paragraph 12 of the Fifth Amendment.

Examples of Overhead Payment in a sentence

  • After each calendar quarter, any amount payable by one Party to the other Party pursuant to Article 6.3 above ("Overhead Payment") shall be paid by the owing Party within ten (10) business days of such Party's receipt of the other Party's report under Article 6.3.

Related to Overhead Payment

  • Reduced payment means a payment that is for less than the amount agreed upon in a subcontract in accordance with its terms and conditions, for supplies and services for which the Government has paid the prime contractor.

  • Capital Expenses expenses that are capital in nature or required under GAAP to be capitalized.

  • Liquidity Expenses means all Liquidity Obligations other than (i) the principal amount of any Drawings under the Liquidity Facilities and (ii) any interest accrued on any Liquidity Obligations.
