Overhead Factor definition

Overhead Factor and the "Principal's Flat Rate" shall include but are not limited to reimbursement of the following: - Social Security - General Office Expenses - Vacation, Holiday & Sick Pay - Dues & Subscriptions - Pension & Personal Insurance Plans - Profit - Local Telephone & Fax Service - Registration Fees - Insurance - Legal & Accounting Expenses - Postage & Shipping (see “C-2”) - Auto Expenses, Parking - Taxes - Travel Costs to locations within a 100 mile radius of Milwaukee - Office & Drafting Supplies - Repairs & Maintenance - Meals - Selling Expense - Use of ▇▇▇▇ Equipment and Systems (including drawing plots) - Office Rental - General Advertising - Miscellaneous Overhead For personnel changes during the term of this Agreement submit a new Attachment "B-1" within sixty (60) days of adding or deleting staff used or permanent classification changes. In case of added personnel or classification changes, the new "Direct Salary Rate/Hour" will not increase more than 10 percent (10%) above the rate previously listed for the specific classification being replaced.

Examples of Overhead Factor in a sentence

  • Labor: Engineer Assistant Engineer ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Draftsman Typist If transportation is included in the Consultant Engineer’s Overhead Factor, a direct change should not be made for transportation.

  • For a given Business Overhead Factor (identified above in this Schedule C) the identified or allocated costs, as applicable, will be divided by the total number of remaining Reinsured Policies or Reinsured Contracts (as such terms are defined in the applicable Reinsurance Agreement), as applicable, and the Company’s current in-force business to derive an historical cost per unit.
