Overhead Charges definition

Overhead Charges means charges that are not an Eligible City Expense (defined below) nor an Eligible OHSU Expense (defined below) and which involve expenditures the City or OHSU would incur without this Agreement or which are for personnel or other expenses of either that are not required by this Agreement.
Overhead Charges means an amount equal to five per cent of the total amount of research project grant, or contingency (study-cum-travel) grant disbursed through an institution of affiliation, paid to the said institution after the period of the said grant, over and above the total sanctioned amount thereof.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,
