Overhauled definition

Overhauled means the restoration of the full potential of the Equipment in compliance with the CMM, the mandatory OEM documentation and the FAA regulations.
Overhauled means the restoration of a Component in accordance with the instructions defined in the CMM supplied by the original equipment manufacturer.

Customer shall promptly return the nonconforming Product to CAM's facility or other designated location using a carrier approved by CAM and in as good condition as it was in when it was at delivery to Customer, and any parts sold in OH or SVC condition must be returned with satisfactory certificates of “non-use” by Customer.   • In the case of hard-time, time-controlled or time-tracked Parts, the documentation will also state the time since last Overhaul or refurbishment, will have a reference to the relevant section of the Component Maintenance Manual under which the Part was Overhauled or refurbished, as applicable, and will identify the FAA-approved repair agency or EASA-approved repair agency, as applicable, which performed the last Overhaul or refurbishment.
