Overflow Facilities are those facilities currently being used to store Solo Cup’s product in Elk Grove Village, Illinois; Des Plaines, Illinois; ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Georgia; Arlington, Texas (which is a separate 114,400 square feet at the facility located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇); and Allentown, Pennsylvania.
