Overflow device means a device designed to relieve the pressure created when a gravity sewer is flowing full. All overflow devices require the approval of the City Engineer for proper application before their installation. “Person” means any individual, partnership, firm, company, corporation, association, joint stock company, trust, estate, governmental entity or any other legal entity, or their legal representative, agents or assigns.
