Overdues definition

Overdues means the value of any matured and unpaid Invoices transferred to and accepted by the Insured as per the terms and conditions of the Factoring Contract;

Examples of Overdues in a sentence

  • Circulation Department floor: (for employees reporting to the supervisors of: Fines and Overdues; Charge File and Ontario Universi- ties Library Cooperative System; and Inter-Library Loans, Exit Control and ▇▇▇▇▇▇) and Reader Registration).

  • Over-dues of more than two weeks will result in immediate termination from the program.

Related to Overdues

  • Overdue Payment shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.03(a).

  • Overdue Rate means, on any date, a per annum rate of interest equal to the lesser of (i) twelve percent (12%) or (ii) the maximum rate then permitted under applicable law.

  • Overdue Amount means any amount required to be paid by the Issuer under any of the Finance Documents but not made available to the Bondholders on the relevant Payment Date or otherwise not paid on its applicable due date.

  • Overdue Interest means any interest payable pursuant to Section 2.8(b) of the Credit Agreement.

  • Overdue Interest Rate means, with respect to any Class, the Interest Rate applicable to such Class.
