Overdub definition
Overdub means an Audio Recording made during an Audio Session which is used to overlay in unison or in harmony with an existing Audio Recording embodying the performance of the same Musician made during the same Audio Session but which is not a replacement of the existing Audio Recording.

Markers may be used as notes to remind you of important edits that may need to be made to the mix later, such as, “Vocal Overdub Needs Pitch Shift Here”, or, “Scene Changes to Train Station, remember to insert a Program Change to the digital delay unit which is inserted on the dialogue tracks.
Overdubs (the recording of multiple parts on the same music cue during the same session) except for those musicians engaged at the EMT rate, require an additional scale payment equivalent to the applicable 3-hour minimum session fee set forth in (B) for each Overdub.
