Overdraft Utilisation definition
Overdraft Utilisation means the aggregate cleared debtor balance on the Facility Accounts as at the close of business on the final business day of the period covered by the financial statements or Management Accounts.
Overdraft Utilisation means the utilisation of the facility as calculated pursuant to Clause 2.2 as at the close of business on the final business day of the period covered by the financial statements or Management Accounts.
