If I overdraw the approved Overdraft Protection Limit or if there is no Overdraft Protection on my account I promise to pay upon your request any amounts that overdraw my account(s)(“an overdraft”) which you in your absolute discretion may permit together with interest on such overdraft at the interest rate charged by you from time to time and any overdraft charges established by the Credit Union from time to time.

We will assign to you an Overdraft Protection Limit and you will be notified of such.
If we do so, we will overdraw your account by the amount necessary to cover the transaction (or item) plus the Overdraft Protection Fee, up to your Overdraft Protection Limit.
Your Overdraft Protection Limit is subject to amendment from time to time and we will advise you, in writing, of each such amendment .
The Overdraft Protection Limit for consumer checking accounts is generally limited to a maximum of $1,000.00 (your maximum overdraft or negative balance), including any applicable fees.
Once you reach your Overdraft Protection Limit, items presented for payment for which there are insufficient available funds in your account will be returned or declined and a Non-Sufficient (NSF) Fee of $32.00 will be assessed for each such item.
If we terminate your use of the Program, the entire unpaid balance of your Overdraft Protection Limit will be immediately due and payable, without prior notice except as may be required by law, and you agree to pay that amount plus all outstanding Overdraft Charges and other amounts due under this Agreement.
However, if we do allow the total you owe on your Account to exceed your Overdraft Protection Limit (such as with a merchant hold as described in your Account Agreement), this does not mean that your Overdraft Protection Limit has changed.
We may increase your Overdraft Protection Limit at your request or with your express consent.
