Overdimensional definition

Overdimensional or “oversize” means any vehicle configuration, including the load, which exceeds the limitations provided in Section 316.515, F.S.
Overdimensional means any size or weight measurement exceeding a measurement prescribed under R17-6-102, Table 1.

Overdimensional or “oversize” means the exceeding of statutory length, width or height limits. “Permit” means a permit issued under Iowa Code chapter 321E for the movement of an overdimensional or overweight vehicle, combination of vehicles, or vehicle with load.
