Overdelivered definition

Overdelivered means a quantity of gas delivered by the Customer at the Receipt Point(s) for the Customer's account that is in excess of the amount of gas delivered by the Company for the Customer's account at the Delivery Point(s).

Examples of Overdelivered in a sentence

  • The risk in any Over-delivered Goods shall remain with the Supplier.

  • If the Customer elects not to accept such Over-delivered Goods it shall give notice in writing to the Supplier to remove them within five (5) Working Days and to refund to the Customer any expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of such over-delivery (including but not limited to the costs of moving and storing the Over-delivered Goods), failing which the Customer may dispose of such Over-delivered Goods and charge the Supplier for the costs of such disposal.

  • In the event there remains an Imbalance Quantity after the Payback Period has expired, Company will cash out the remaining imbalance from that transaction month for Underdelivered imbalances as set forth in Section 6A), and for Overdelivered imbalances as set forth in Section 6B).
