Overconcentration definition

Overconcentration means the existence of several licensed establishments that adversely affect a specific locality, section, or portion of the District of Columbia, including consideration of the appropriateness standards under § 25-313(b).
Overconcentration means the deployment of more than 25 percent of a permit holder’s fleet in a single deployment district.
Overconcentration means more than 25 percent of a Permit Holder’s fleet is deployed in a deployment district.

Examples of Overconcentration in a sentence

  • For purposes of calculating the Effective Leverage Ratio, any Overconcentration Amount shall be subtracted from the sum determined pursuant to sub-section (ii) of the definition of Effective Leverage Ratio, set out in Section 2.4(d) of the Statement.

  • For purposes of calculating the Effective Leverage Ratio for purposes of the representation contained in the second preceding paragraph, any Overconcentration Amount has been subtracted from the sum determined pursuant to sub-section (ii) of the definition of Effective Leverage Ratio, set out in Section 2.4(d) of the Statement.

  • For purposes of calculating the Effective Leverage Ratio, any Overconcentration Amount has been subtracted from the sum determined pursuant to sub-section (ii) of the definition of Effective Leverage Ratio, set out in Section 2.4(d) of the Statement.

Related to Overconcentration

  • Overconcentration Amount means as of any date of calculation of the Effective Leverage Ratio for the Fund, an amount equal to the sum of (without duplication):

  • Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group A Obligor, 7.5%, (ii) for any Group B Obligor, 7.5%, (iii) for any Group C Obligor, 7.5%, (iv) for the two largest Group D Obligors, 5.0% each, and (v) for any other Group D Obligor, 3.0%.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination on which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, an amount (calculated by the Servicer and without duplication) equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the portion of the Adjusted Principal Balance of each Eligible Collateral Loan that causes such Concentration Limitation to be exceeded.

  • Excess Concentration means the sum of the following amounts, without duplication:

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.
