Overcollateralization Distributable Amount definition
Overcollateralization Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) the Overcollateralization Amount or (ii) the amount by which (a) the sum of the Overcollateralization Amount and the outstanding principal amount of the Notes on that Distribution Date (before giving effect to any payments made to the Holders of the Notes on that Distribution Date) exceeds (b) the Aggregate Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period.
