Overaward definition

Overaward means the amount of a MB Student Loan or MB Student Bursary that you receive but are not entitled to receive, or use for a purpose other than for costs related directly to your education or maintenance.
Overaward means receipt of financial assistance from all sources in excess of a student's need determined in accordance with 11 KAR 5:130 through 5:145.
Overaward means the result of a change which occurred in the student's enrollment status, costs, or resources after the institution awarded aid, so that total resources exceed financial need by $1.00 (one dollar) or more at the end of the academic year.
