Overall Plan means and collectively refer to the “Overall Plan of the Xxxxxx Planned Unit Development” dated April 12, 1985, and revised May 2, 1985, and the “Coventry Overall Community Concept Plan” dated December 6, 1986, and revised June 3, 1987, and any amendments made thereto, being the plan adopted by the County Ordinance, and being placed on file in the Department of Planning and Community Development, York County, Virginia.
