Overall performance rating definition

Overall performance rating means the average of all performance ratings assigned to a contractor within the last four consecutive years of rated periods.
Overall performance rating means a summative rating of an administrator’s performance on DPAS II.
Overall performance rating means one (1) of five (5) color-coded performance levels that aggregates all available state indicator data that is determined by combining status and change.

If at any time (a) the Bonds are not rated, (b) both S&P and Moody’s rate an Eligible Investment and (c) one of those ratings is below the Highest Rating Category, then such Eligible Investment will, nevertheless, be deemed to be rated in the Highest Rating Category if the lower rating is no more than one rating category below the highest rating category of that rating agency. For example, an Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “Aa3” by Xxxxx’x is rated in the Highest Rating Category. If, however, the lower rating is more than one full rating category below the Highest Rating Category of that rating agency, then the Eligible Investment will be deemed to be rated below the Highest Rating Category. For example, an Eligible Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “A1” by Xxxxx’x is not rated in the Highest Rating Category.

  • Base Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month which is 12 calendar months prior to the month for which the Substitute Index Level is being determined;

  • Mxxxx’x Rating means, with respect to a Reference Obligation, as of any date of determination:

If the S&P Rating and the Xxxxx’x Rating are not the same (i.e., a “split rating”), the higher of such ratings shall control, unless (i) the ratings differ by more than one level, in which case the rating one level below the higher of the two ratings shall control, or (ii) either rating is below BBB- or Baa3 (as applicable), in which case the lower of the two ratings shall control.

  • Moody’s Exposure Period means the period commencing on a given Valuation Date and ending 49 days thereafter.

  • Moody’s means Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc. and any successor thereto.

  • Long-Term Performance Award means an award under Section 10 below. A Long-Term Performance Award shall permit the recipient to receive a cash or stock bonus (as determined by the Committee) upon satisfaction of such performance factors as are set out in the recipient's individual grant. Long-Term Performance Awards will be based upon the achievement of Company, Subsidiary and/or individual performance factors or upon such other criteria as the Committee may deem appropriate.

  • Moody’s Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Moody's and xxxx xx effect with respect to the Borrower's senior unsexxxxx xong-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Financial Performance Covenant means the covenant set forth in Section 6.10.

  • S&P Global Ratings means S&P Global Ratings, a division of S&P Global.

  • Index Debt Rating means the S&P Rating, the Xxxxx’x Rating and the Fitch Rating.

  • Risk Rating means, with respect to any Loan at any time, if such Loan is at such time (i) rated by both S&P and Moody’s, the lower of such ratings, (ii) rated by either S&P or Moody’s, such rating or (iii) not rated by either S&P or Moody’s, the rating determined by the Servicer’s risk rating model.

  • Capacity Performance Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(a).

  • Index Debt means senior, unsecured, long-term indebtedness for borrowed money of the Borrower that is not guaranteed by any other Person or subject to any other credit enhancement.
